Return & Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are only entertained in rare cases where a defective or incorrect item has been delivered. We aim to resolve such issues promptly based on the specific circumstances.
  • We do not offer exchanges due to personal preference (such as liking/disliking the outfit), as each product is specially crafted for our valued customers.
  • For any exchange request, customers must inform our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery and return the item to the provided address within 5–7 days. Requests submitted after this period will not be processed.
  • For approved cases, customers may receive a voucher or discount code equal to the paid amount.
  • Items may be exchanged if the received product does not match the ordered size.
  • All mailing or shipping costs related to the exchange of a defective item are the sole responsibility of the customer.
  • We aim to process all exchange requests within 14 working days.
  • No refunds are offered under any circumstances.
  • Only a voucher or discount code of the same amount will be issued in applicable cases.
