Order Cancellation Policy

Refund & Compensation Policy

• As per company policy, cash refunds are not offered (including bank transfers or credit card reversals).
• For approved cancellations, customers will receive a store voucher or coupon equal to the paid amount.
• The issued voucher can be redeemed on any future online purchase at Afrozeh.
